    We believe that modern leadership requires reflection to enable personal growth. In order to be able to (learn to) adapt to an ever faster changing environment. Agility / agility has - also in this Covid-19 crisis - turned out to be an important quality of the leader. Insufficient development (and awareness) in personal development hinders your own growth, but also the growth of your team, your business unit or the organization you manage.

    Successful leaders don't repeat but renew. We all know them, organizations that have missed the proverbial boat ...

    Our journeys invite intensive self-reflection on natural leadership and entrepreneurship. The expeditions lead to a special leap forward. Answers and solutions to important issues, for yourself and your organization. Through our programs you realize further deepening and sharpening of your leadership, entrepreneurship and vitality.

    Our leadership trips are assessed by our participants, on all program components, with a minimum of 8.5 and a maximum of 10+!

    We create 8-10 leadership journeys per year where final responsible management (C-Level journeys) and professionals (Ardennes journeys) can refuel for their leadership in a safe environment. Through a sophisticated (management) program, full of peace and reflection, there is time for yourself and sharing insights. With all the comfort of a beautiful chalet or lodge in the middle of nature with a good chef and 2-3 enthusiastic leadership trainers / coaches. Our programs are all about Learning, Performance and Enjoyment. Each participant will receive a top quality Mammut outdoor jacket and a backpack on our leadership travels to make nature walks as comfortable as possible.

    Of course we work according to the guidelines of the RIVM!

    In addition to our 'open registrations', we also develop compact leadership journeys in-company.

    The 3-month program consists of 6 components:

    1. Personal intake/learning objectives 
    2. Preparatory assignments (including 360 feedback)
    3. Kick-off meeting 
    4. 4-day leadership program in the Belgium Ardennes, with two leadership coaches
    5. Two peer feedback sessions; in- and outdoor
    6. Buddy system

    During these journeys Berg & Partners is working closely together with Mammut.
    Every participant will therefore receive a Mammut outdoor jacket and -backpack.
    The total costs for participation on this program are  € 4.250,- (all-in).
