Source of inspiration, coach and connector for leaders in their management task and their career.
Under the label 'LEADING CHANGE' we are a your leader in change processes for leaders at a personal, team and organizational level. We do this by offering highly valued in-company change programs, leadership journeys, executive coaching programs and various open training programs. In addition, we organize informal "Summit Meetings" to connect leaders and exchange knowledge.
We recently positioned our recruitment and executive search activities more explicitly. Under the label 'LEADING AMBITION' we are experts in fulfilling ambitious leadership positions.
With both activities, we have built up a distinctive and successful track record with leading, long-term customer relationships in recent years. The continuous development of our people, cooperation partners and proven principles, supplemented with the ambition to always want to make a difference, connects us with our clients for the long term. We have big plans with our 'LEADING AMBITION' label. To help shape and steer this ambition, we are now looking for a colleague, figurehead and (future) partner / shareholder, a Managing Consultant / Partner who makes the difference. Someone who understands his or her profession and is a discussion partner and advisor for management boards and candidates.
